City Electric S.A.

City Electric S.A. a wholly owned subsidiary of RF Energy, established in 1999 under Greek Law. Moreover, City Electric S.A. holds:

– the production license for a 498.15 MW offshore wind farm located at “Cabeiria” site, N-NE of Limnos island (close to the shore),

– the production license for a 25.5 MW wind farm located at “Paparitsa” site, in the Municipality of Sibolitia, Achaia,

City Electric also holds production licenses for 4 Biogas Projects:

1. «Athina» with capacity 2,262MW, located at «Anoigmata» site, Municipality of Kalampaka, Trikala,
2. «Atlas» with capacity 2,542MW, located at «Stavrochori» site, Municipality of Kilkis, Macedonia,
3. «Gaia Ι» with capacity 2,262MW, located at «Lofoi Kylindrias » site, Municipality of Kilkis, Macedonia,
4. «Gaia ΙΙ» with capacity 2,262MW, located at «Agios Dimitrios» site, Municipality of Orchomenos, Viotia.
